Identity, participation events, source evidence, time, permissions, control states, version continuity and interoperability remain connected within their applicable boundaries. EMJ.LIFE performs the Institutional Evidence Systems Integrator role. Evidence Infrastructure as a Service is the service category; enterprise subscriptions have their own controlled availability.
EMJ.NEXUS is also the licensed ecosystem name used in the applicable IFRS Foundation commercial licensing agreement held by EMJ LIFE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. It is not a separate legal entity, domain, hostname or public entry point. emj.nexus is not an official EMJ.LIFE web address. The canonical public page is www.emj.life/emj-nexus.

Service and ecosystem architecture

Evidence Infrastructure as a Service is the intended subscription service category. EMJ.NEXUS is the governed ecosystem architecture through which that service is intended to be delivered, while EMJ LIFE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. remains the legal service provider and EMJ.LIFE identifies the public institutional brand and systems-integrator role.
The architecture preserves attributable, structured and boundary-aware evidence before downstream disclosure, assurance, rating, finance, policy or regulatory contexts. Authorized organizations and qualified professionals retain responsibility for downstream judgment and decisions.
Education context
EDU SDGS PASS is an education application layer with separately governed institutional roles, permissions and data boundaries.

Eligible education Participation Events may connect to EMJ.NEXUS under applicable rules. Shared infrastructure does not create unrestricted visibility, unrestricted sharing or cross-role access.
Eligibility, institutional review, scope, authority and activation resolve through the canonical education governance relationship. Eligibility does not equal activation; participation is not academic credit or a credential.

Participation and education applications retain their separately governed access conditions. Enterprise subscriptions remain scheduled, not active, pending separately verified enterprise activation.
Is the enterprise subscription service active now?
No. Public service and pricing information supports eligible-organization evaluation and implementation planning. Enterprise registration, subscription, payment, EGC ID activation, E-IPP allocation and enterprise task functions remain scheduled, not active, until separately verified on or after 24 October 2026.
Is emj.nexus a separate website or public entry point?
No. EMJ.NEXUS is an ecosystem name, not a separate EMJ.LIFE domain, hostname or public entry point. The canonical public page is https://www.emj.life/emj-nexus.
Where are EMJ.NEXUS system invariants and inference boundaries governed?

Does the IFRS Foundation licensing context imply endorsement?

The intended subscription model is designed to connect applicable enterprise activity, approval, identity and record environments without replacing the organization’s ERP, ERM, workflow, approval, identity or master-data systems.
Preserve the evidence context your organization may need for future review and responsible use. As people, systems, suppliers, assumptions and reporting boundaries change, the original context can become harder to reconstruct. Evidence must still be reviewed for currency, rights, scope and applicability.

Where E-IPP applies in a separately governed organizational context, the initial state is 200 E-IPP Points and 0 E-IPP Score.
A task claim deducts T E-IPP Points. Verified approval awards 2T E-IPP Points and adds T E-IPP Score.
At each annual platform cycle, the E-IPP Points balance resets to max(200, min(10% of the balance immediately before reset, 500)). E-IPP Score does not reset.
E-IPP Points and E-IPP Score are not money, securities, tokens, tradable assets, carbon credits, carbon offsets, certification, assurance, compliance, ratings or investment outcomes.

NTCC and ICTF v3.0
Natural Tier placement under the current ICTF thresholds.
NTCC means Non-Tradable Commitment Credit. It is an annual system-governance measure used to preserve verified participation and evidence-continuity information under applicable rules.
The following five evidence-maturity classifications and NTCC thresholds follow the controlled Institutional Credibility Tier Framework (ICTF) v3.0.

Annual reset and natural reclassification
NTCC resets to zero at each annual cycle and does not become a carried stock balance. Tier placement is recalculated naturally from the applicable current-cycle NTCC threshold. Prior-cycle records remain available for governed continuity comparison, but do not prevent natural Tier movement after reset.
Classification without a rating conclusion
ICTF Tier represents an evidence-maturity classification under the framework. It is not a penalty, downgrade judgment, credit rating, ESG rating, certification, assurance conclusion, compliance determination or performance conclusion.
NTCC is not a carbon credit, carbon offset, currency, security, token, tradable asset or financial instrument. NTCC Tier, E-IPP Points and E-IPP Score are distinct governance fields and do not replace one another.

EMJ.LIFE is the Institutional Evidence Systems Integrator focused on Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure. Its governed EMJ.NEXUS ecosystem supports free participation for schools, students, employees and consumers. Evidence Infrastructure as a Service is the paid enterprise service category for global supply-chain enterprises, with availability and activation separately controlled.
Schools use EDU SDGS PASS. Students, employees and consumers use SDGS PASS Personal, subject to the current controlled access phase, eligibility and permissions. Free participation is a version-controlled access policy, separate from System Invariants. It does not activate scheduled roles, subscriptions, payment, enterprise identity or task functions.
