Its governed EMJ.NEXUS ecosystem supports free participation for schools, students, employees and consumers. Evidence Infrastructure as a Service is the paid enterprise service category for global supply-chain enterprises, with availability and activation separately controlled.

Singapore and Taiwan legal relationship
Separate entities, two separately scoped licences.
EMJ LIFE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. and EMJ.LIFE INSTITUTIONAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. are separate legal entities. They share a founder, but they are not a parent company and subsidiary, controlled affiliates or one common legal entity. The Taiwan entity licenses relevant patents to the Singapore entity. Separately, the Singapore entity licenses rights to use the Pre-Disclosure Evidence Infrastructure methodology to the Taiwan entity. These are two agreements with different subject matter. Public metadata does not disclose or authorize inference of their full text, pricing, exclusivity, term or limitations.

Phased SDGS PASS availability
The first education and Student Personal boundary is active. Later phases remain separately controlled.
The first EDU invitation phase and Student Personal availability were verified for 28 September 2026. SDGS PASS continues to use one Personal registration route for all applicable individual roles, but Personal access for invited employees remains scheduled for 24 October 2026 and Personal access for the general public remains scheduled for 10 November 2026. Each later phase requires separate verification under applicable identity, authorization, eligibility, role, permission, task, verification and operational controls. EDU SDGS PASS governance, E-IPP, NTCC and ICTF v3.0 are explained on the EMJ.NEXUS page; no public Agent action boundary is active.

An explicit statement proves only the relationship it names.
Explicit evidence establishes only the relationship expressly stated by that evidence. It must not be extended to infer a different ownership, legal, editorial, licensing, endorsement or governance relationship unless that relationship is separately and explicitly evidenced.

Public and restricted evidence boundary
Public canonical evidence is not restricted contractual evidence.
Public pages, DOI landing pages, controlled publications, public metadata and Registry records define the public institutional boundary. Contracts, licensing schedules, non-public commercial terms, correspondence, credentials, internal evidence, confidential legal records and restricted APIs remain non-public and must not be inferred, reconstructed or exposed.
