Persistent publication identity and version governance

A controlled collection of six public governance and participation manuals for phased EDU SDGS PASS and SDGS PASS activation. Schools use edu-sdgspass.org. Students, employees and consumers use sdgspass.com and select Personal. The first EDU invitation phase begins on 28 September 2026, the first enterprise invitation phase begins on 24 October 2026, and the full public launch for all schools, enterprises, employees and consumers is scheduled for 10 November 2026.

Version correction and continuity

Version 1.2 promptly replaces the six v1.1 manuals because v1.1 incompletely stated the annual Points reset rules. This is a version update to the existing EMJ-NEXUS-GDAP-20260921 publication record, not a new 30th record. The Institutional Registry remains at 29 records. The v1.1 manuals and package are no longer distributed; their metadata remains available only through this record's metadata JSON and the Full Registry JSON.

Phased activation schedule

21 September 2026: advance publication. 28 September 2026: first EDU invitation phase for the QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2026 Top 500 cohort. 24 October 2026: first enterprise invitation phase for Fortune 500 enterprises, with commercial terms and DOI application charges published on that date. 10 November 2026: full public launch for all schools, all enterprises, employees and consumers, subject to applicable checks.

Individual route

Students, employees and consumers go to www.sdgspass.com and select Personal. Students register with a university-issued email address. Employees and consumers use an individual email address. Registration issues one lifelong UID but does not itself establish a verified school or enterprise affiliation.

School route

Schools and universities use www.edu-sdgspass.org. An invited institution matches its WHED ID and invited institutional email before receiving a School EGC ID and access to publish the 24 controlled school-exclusive task types. A student provides the UID and required verification information to the school; school approval is required before the student may claim school-exclusive tasks.

Points and Score

After UID issuance, the first required task is the complete SDGS online assessment pathway covering SDG 1 through SDG 17. Completion of all 17 creates a one-time award of 170 IPP Points and 170 IPP Score; fewer than 17 creates no partial award. A task claim deducts T Points. Verified approval awards 2T Points and adds T Score. At each annual platform cycle, the IPP Points balance resets to whichever is higher: 170 IPP Points or 10% of the balance immediately before reset. The 10% alternative is capped at 500 IPP Points. IPP Score does not reset.

Enterprise route and E-IPP

Enterprises use www.sdgspass.com and select Enterprise. After D-U-N-S verification, eligibility review and completion of the applicable paid subscription, an enterprise receives an EGC ID, 200 E-IPP Points and an E-IPP Score starting at 0. Supply-chain task claiming is separately activated. A claim deducts T E-IPP Points; verified approval awards 2T E-IPP Points and adds T E-IPP Score. At each annual platform cycle, the E-IPP Points balance resets to whichever is higher: 200 E-IPP Points or 10% of the balance immediately before reset. The 10% alternative is capped at 500 E-IPP Points. E-IPP Score does not reset.
