EMJ LIFE Updates Enterprise KYB and Subscription Onboarding
Policy revision v1.1 clarifies enterprise invitations, staged acceptance, KYB, Points, renewal, continuity and permanent formal evidence preservation.
Policy revision version 1.1
EMJ.LIFE is updating its enterprise KYB and subscription policy for the controlled invitation programme beginning on 24 October 2026. LEI remains the primary external legal-entity reference, D-U-N-S remains optional, and the original policy effective date of 15 October 2026 remains part of the publication history.
Dated enterprise invitation routes
The revision distinguishes the first invitation wave, which requires no manual invitation-code input, from the entry route beginning on 10 November 2026. The later form collects legal name, LEI, email and an enterprise-specific 12-character Fortune 500 invitation code; its eligibility checks cover legal name, LEI and code association. Email contact and subsequent account-security controls are handled separately.
Two pre-plan acceptances and six Stage Two confirmations
After Stage One verification, the enterprise independently accepts MCT and then OF before selecting a plan. It separately confirms the selected transaction. The remaining six documents are confirmed independently at Stage Two. All eight documents are available for reading and download before payment.
Activation, completed KYB, task publication and first Points
Cleared payment, correct EGC ID association and actual basic-function enablement start the first subscription term. Valid completion of all 14 necessary KYB fields, including SICS information, enables task publication within the active service and applicable permissions. The first 200 E-IPP Points additionally require the two prior acceptances and six Stage Two confirmations. Claiming and Point use retain their separate module, Node, role, balance and task conditions.
Renewal, resubscription and valid Score
The accompanying commercial terms distinguish timely renewal within seven calendar days from resubscription after an interruption. Timely renewal continues from original expiry; interrupted resubscription begins a new term and 180D reference and replaces Points with 200. Valid Score is preserved and may continue to accumulate from later eligible outcomes after task rights are restored.
Permanent formal evidence and explicit continuity gaps
Formal enterprise evidence content and its traceable history are permanently preserved. Historical DOI presentations identify interruptions explicitly. Personal Data, operational records and backups retain their separate lawful controls.
Version continuity at the original Landing page
The original Landing page remains https://www.emj.life/publication-enterprise-kyb. Version 1.0 and its files remain available as historical records. Version 1.1 is accompanied by eight v1.1 commercial documents and a version-specific publication record.
