EMJ.LIFE Issues Corrected EMJ.NEXUS Governance Documentation v1.2 Ahead of Phased Activation

EMJ LIFE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. today published the EMJ.NEXUS Governance Documentation Advance Publication, authored by Anderson Yu, a DOI-controlled collection of six public manuals governing phased participation through EDU SDGS PASS and SDGS PASS. Earlier on 21 September 2026, EMJ.LIFE published The Institutional Authority Firewall: Authority Non-Transitivity in Machine-Readable Evidence Infrastructure, also authored by Anderson Yu and identified by DOI 10.64969/emj.firewall.cd.2026.09.21. That separate publication establishes that citation, licensing, registration, technical connection and machine-readable relationships do not transfer institutional authority. The present governance documentation collection is a distinct DOI record that applies related authority boundaries to public participation documentation. Neither publication merges with, replaces, certifies or supersedes the other. All six current manuals are issued as version 1.2. The current DOI is 10.64969/emj.nexus.gdap.2026.09.21.v1.2 and the canonical landing page remains https://www.emj.life/publication-gdap. Version 1.2 is a corrected version of the existing GDAP publication record, not a new 30th record; the Institutional Registry remains at 29 records.

Prompt correction and version continuity

Version 1.2 was issued promptly after v1.1 because the earlier manuals incompletely stated the annual IPP and E-IPP Points reset rules. The correction is substantive because Points determine task-claim capacity. The six v1.1 operational manuals and their package are no longer distributed. Their version history remains available only through the Record metadata JSON and Full Registry JSON. The previous DOI 10.64969/emj.nexus.gdap.2026.09.21 is recorded as the prior version. The current DOI 10.64969/emj.nexus.gdap.2026.09.21.v1.2 identifies the corrected version.

Publication does not activate every function

The 21 September record is an advance publication. A function becomes available only in its announced phase and after the applicable identity, eligibility, payment and operational checks are complete. 28 September 2026: first EDU invitation phase, prioritising the QS World University Rankings: Sustainability 2026 Top 500 cohort. 24 October 2026: first enterprise invitation phase, prioritising Fortune 500 enterprises. Commercial terms and DOI application charges are published on this date. 10 November 2026: full public launch for all schools, all enterprises, employees and consumers, subject to applicable checks.

The Personal route for every individual account

Individual users enter through www.sdgspass.com and select Personal. The production interface does not provide a separate Student option. A student registers through Personal with a university-issued email address and receives one lifelong UID. From the full public launch on 10 November 2026, employees and consumers use the same Personal path with their individual email address. Registration creates the UID; it does not by itself establish a verified school or enterprise affiliation.

Schools use a separate institutional gateway

Universities and schools enter through www.edu-sdgspass.org. For the first invitation phase, an invited institution must match its WHED ID and the institutional email address identified in the invitation. After both checks pass, the institution receives one School EGC ID and the right to publish 24 controlled school-exclusive task types. A student who wants to connect to a School EGC ID provides the personal UID and the required affiliation information to the school. The school verifies the information and approves the binding. The student may claim that school's exclusive tasks only after the binding is approved and the complete SDGS assessment pathway is finished.

Points enable task claims while Score preserves cumulative execution

After UID issuance, the first required task is the SDGS online assessment pathway. The UID holder must complete all 17 assessments, SDG 1 through SDG 17, before receiving the one-time award of 170 IPP Points and 170 IPP Score. Completing fewer than 17 assessments creates no partial award. Claiming a task with requirement T deducts T IPP Points. After verified approval, the system awards 2T IPP Points and adds T IPP Score. IPP Points may increase or decrease with task activity. IPP Score is a one-way cumulative record of verified execution outcomes and is not spent when a task is claimed. At each annual platform cycle, the IPP Points balance resets to whichever is higher: 170 IPP Points or 10% of the balance immediately before reset. The 10% alternative is capped at 500 IPP Points. IPP Score does not reset.

Enterprise identity and E-IPP

The first enterprise invitation phase is scheduled for 24 October 2026. An enterprise uses the Enterprise route at www.sdgspass.com, completes D-U-N-S verification and the EMJ.NEXUS eligibility review, then completes an applicable paid subscription before an enterprise EGC ID is issued. The same process opens to all eligible enterprises on 10 November 2026. After payment and EGC ID issuance, the system allocates 200 E-IPP Points and sets E-IPP Score to 0. E-IPP Points are reserved for supply-chain module task claims after that module is separately activated. A claim deducts T E-IPP Points; verified approval awards 2T E-IPP Points and adds T E-IPP Score. At each annual platform cycle, the E-IPP Points balance resets to whichever is higher: 200 E-IPP Points or 10% of the balance immediately before reset. The 10% alternative is capped at 500 E-IPP Points. E-IPP Score does not reset.

Commercial disclosure timing

Subscription prices, billing options, discounts and DOI application charges are not disclosed in the 21 September advance publication. They are scheduled for publication on 24 October 2026. The requirement to complete an applicable paid subscription before enterprise EGC ID issuance remains unchanged.

Six controlled public manuals

The current version 1.2 collection comprises the EDU SDGS PASS University Handbook, Student Quick Guide and Implementation Toolkit, together with the SDGS PASS Enterprise, Employee and Consumer User Manuals. Each manual is published as one complete PDF with its cover integrated as page 1.
